FAQ: FAQ

I AM INTERESTED IN GETTING MY DOG TRAINED, WHAT'S THE FIRST STEP?

Send a request to schedule your introductory lesson/evaluation to k9@bandanadogtraining.com. Make sure to provide your contact information, your days and times available along with details about your dog.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE IF I NEED TO SCHEDULE PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS OR A STAY AND TRAIN PROGRAM?

Our introductory lesson will allow our trainers to evaluate your dog's behavior and go over your goals with you. At this time we will help guide you in your decision in what type of lesson will work best for your specific situation.

WILL MY DOG BE STAYING IN A FACILITY OR AT YOUR HOME DURING THEIR STAY AND TRAIN PROGRAM?

Your dog will be staying at their trainer's home during the program. We do not use a facility to keep dog's overnight as we believe a dog is more successful when incorporated into our trainer's daily routine.

IF I SEND MY DOG FOR A STAY AND TRAIN PROGRAM, HOW LONG WILL MY DOG BE KEPT IN A KENNEL AT ANY GIVEN TIME?

Dog's who are under our care do not stay in their kennel for more than 2 hours at a time. If their trainer is in a lesson then accommodations are made to ensure that this timeframe is met.

DO YOU OFFER VOCATIONAL OR AGILITY TRAINING?

No. Our focus is solely on practical "family" dog training which includes obedience and any behavior modification needed. However, our training offers a great foundational structure while working towards vocational or agility training in the future.

LATE PAYMENTS

A late fee of $25 will be applied to all late payments 30 days past their due date and continue accruing each additional 30 days.

DO MY PURCHASED TRAINING PACKAGES EXPIRE?

Yes. If you purchase a package of lessons they must be used within a 6 month period from the first lesson scheduled. An example is if you purchase a package of four lessons on January 1st then your lessons must be used within the dates of January 1st and a July 1st of the same year purchased.
